CHANGE OF DIRECTORSHIP

London Mining, the UK based developer of mines for the global steel industry, today announces the retirement of Dr Hans Kristian Sch0nwandt from the Board of the Company as of 23 March 2012.

Dr Colin Knight, Non-executive Chairman of London Mining, said:

"Hans joined the Board of London Mining in early 2006 providing the Company with his considerable geological, technical and regulatory experience in the Company's early development years, especially with regard to the Company's Isua project in Greenland. Hans will continue to chair the board of London Mining Greenland AS, the Company's Greenlandic subsidiary. I would like to thank Hans for all his support, and wish him every success in the future."
