Leisure & Gaming plc ("L&G" or "the Company"), the online betting and gaming 
group is pleased to announce today that Colin Eastaugh (aged 52) has been 
appointed to the Board as a non-executive director. 
Colin is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now 
KPMG) in 1982. He has worked in senior management positions with Land Securities 
and Tioxide Group, before concentrating on private investment. 
 
 
Mr Easthaugh and his family have an interest in 375,000 ordinary shares in the 
Company representing 0.4% of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
 
Richard Creed, Chief Executive said: 
"We are delighted to appoint Colin to the Board. His experience in medium and 
small companies will be valuable as we continue to grow the Company." 
 
 
There are no other matters which are required to be announced with regard to
