    Directors share dealings and grant of options

    Leisure & Gaming plc ("L&G" or "the Group"), the online betting and gaming group, today announces, the following share transactions took
place involving directors and major shareholders:-

    Richard Creed, Chief Executive, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 6p per
share.

    Philip Parker, non-Executive Chairman, purchased 180,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6p per share, resulting in a total beneficial
interest of 292,167 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

    Gabriel Chaleplis acquired 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6p per share, resulting in a total beneficial interest of 3,938,639
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.2 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

    Neil Craven, a non-Executive Director sold 480,000 Ordinary Shares at a share price of 6p per share, reducing his holding to 4,709,230
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.0 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

    Richard Creed and Neil Craven have been granted share options over 500,000 and 250,000 Ordinary Shares respectively, which are
exercisable from 1st August 2010 to 1st August 2015 at an exercise price of 6p per share.
