Appointment of Finance Director and Board Composition


Leisure & Gaming, the online sports betting and gaming group, is pleased to
announce that it has appointed Michael Baird to the board of the Company as
finance director.  Michael previously served as the Company's financial
controller and is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience of
the financial services and gaming industries.  At the same time Giles Willits,
who has served as a non-executive director, will be stepping down from the
Board.

thank Giles for his contribution as a non-executive director and wish him well
for the future."



The changes noted above will take place with immediate effect.
