                   Additional Italian licence awards


Leisure & Gaming, the online sports betting and gaming group, is pleased to
announce that its subsidiary, Betshop Italia SRL, has been awarded a further 11
Italian betting licences, bringing its total number of new licences to 58.
Leisure & Gaming previously announced on 9 January that it had been awarded 47
licences.



The new licences are the result of a tender process initiated by the Italian
Government at the end of 2006 and complement Betshop's current estate of more
than 1,000 franchised retail outlets operating throughout Italy under the
Company's existing licence.
