                            Statement re Senate Bill


The Company acknowledges the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Bill which
was passed on 30 September by the US Congress. The Company is monitoring the
situation closely and is continuing to take legal advice on any impact this may
have on its business.

The Company continues to operate its business in the usual course and will
update shareholders as and when appropriate.
