Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ("MSSL") acquired an interest in the shares of
the Company that resulted in it holding a total of 3,660,687 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 6.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.



On 15th September 2006, the Company was informed by MSSL that it had disposed of
an interest in the shares.  This resulted in MSSL holding a total of 2,410,687
ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.01% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
