Change of Nominated Adviser and Broker and Strategic Review 
 
 
Following the appointment of the new Board of Lithic Metals announced on 1 July, 
the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Seymour Pierce Limited as 
its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect. 
 
 
The Board is continuing with its strategic review of the Company, which has 
included an independent assessment of the assets of the Company, and is 
considering the acquisition of new complementary projects. In this regard, one 
possibility which is being actively pursued is a potential merger with a larger 
company and the Board is currently actively negotiating with one party that 
could result in such a strategic merger. A further announcement will be made as
