    London, 3 December 2008 - Lombard Medical Technologies PLC (AIM: LMT) announces that an application has been made to AIM for the
admission to trading of 2,206,080 new ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary shares are being issued as a result of the
conversion of �55,152 of convertible loan notes at a price of 2.5p.  The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued
share capital of the Company and are expected to be admitted to trading on or about 4 December 2008.
