                        Cancellation of Deferred Shares 
 
The Company confirms that, in accordance with its articles of association, it 
has acted on its discretion to acquire all of the issued deferred shares of 175 
pence each in the capital of the Company ("Deferred Shares") which were created 
as part of the Company's capital reorganisation in July 2009. All of the 
Deferred Shares were cancelled on 30 April 2010 as a result.
