Director Changes 
 
Luminar, the UK's leading late night entertainment group, today announces the 
retirement of its Chief Executive, Stephen Thomas. Stephen will step down from 
the Board at the end of February but will continue with the company until the 
end of July 2010, to ensure a smooth transition to his successor. 
 
Stephen founded the Company and most recently has presided over a re-focusing of 
the business into a core of branded venues, offering live music and a high 
quality dance-led, late night entertainment experience. The Board would like to 
record its gratitude to Stephen for his dedicated service to the company. 
 
The Board is pleased to announce Simon Douglas as his successor.  Simon joins 
Luminar with a strong track record in the leisure and entertainment sector, 
including various management roles at HMV, Virgin Retail and latterly as CEO in 
leading the MBO of Zavvi, where he extracted considerable shareholder value from 
the businesses. Simon has significant expertise in managing multi-site, consumer 
focused, branded entertainment businesses.  He will join on the 8 March.
