Cancellation of warrant instruments 
 
 
In accordance with the terms of the instrument of the Company dated 28 September 
2007 constituting warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in the capital of 
the Company ("Warrants"), all outstanding Warrants will lapse on 23 July 2009. 
 
 
Holders of Warrants are hereby notified that the notice period required under 
Listing Rule 5.2.8 in respect of the cancellation of the listing of the Warrants 
has now commenced and it is expected that such cancellation will take effect on 
18 August 2009 (or as soon thereafter as is practicable).
