Completion of disposal of units to Cavendish Bars limited 
 
 
Luminar announces that having received the necessary landlord consent to the 
transfer of certain units, its disposal of units to Cavendish Bars Limited has 
now completed. The terms of the deal remain as described on 17 April 2008, when 
the transaction was announced with the exception of the inclusion of one further 
property (increasing the disposal to 27 units) and additional property related 
costs incurred by the Group of GBP2.8m, including fees of GBP0.3m. These costs 
were included as exceptional items within the results recently announced for the 
year ended 26 February 2009. 
 
 
Except as disclosed above, there has been no significant change affecting any 
matter contained in the announcement of 17 April 2008 and no other significant 
new matter has arisen which would have been required to be mentioned in the 
announcement of 17 April 2008 if it had arisen at the time of that announcement.
