Re - Directorate
The Board of Luminar Group Holdings plc announces that Nick Beighton, Finance
Director has tendered his resignation and will be joining a growing retail
business as Finance Director. We are in the process of agreeing the details of
his departure, as part of which he will be providing a handover to his
successor.
Nick joined Luminar as Finance Director in May 2005 and has been with the
Company for over 3 years. He has played an important role in the major
transformation of the Company into a tightly focussed, high quality portfolio
concentrating on the Oceana, Liquid and Lava/ Ignite brands.
The Board of Luminar is at at an advanced stage in appointing a successor.
Alan Jackson, Chairman said:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Nick for 3 years of excellent
work. He leaves Luminar in good shape with efficient systems and financially
strong. We wish him well in his future endeavours."
