Statement re press speculation

Luminar has noted the weekend media speculation regarding management buyout
discussions with a third party. Whilst, from time to time, broad ranging
informal discussions occur,there are no such discussions of this nature
currently and there is no intention by the Board to pursue any such transaction
at this time.

The Board of Luminar is totally focussed on delivering excellent returns and
driving shareholder value.
