PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES & TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Luminar Group Holdings PLC announces that it has today purchased for
cancellation 65,000 ordinary shares of 200p each at 455 pence per share.

Following today's purchase the capital of the Company consists of 60,948,804
ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 60,948,804.
