PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES & TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Luminar Group Holdings PLC announces that yesterday it purchased for
cancellation 95,000 ordinary shares of 200p each at an average price of
528.5352p per share. The highest price paid was 530p and the lowest price paid
was 521.5p

Following yesterday's purchase the capital of the Company consists of 61,113,804
ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 61,113,804
