PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES & TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS


Luminar plc announces that it has today purchased for cancellation 45,360
ordinary shares of 25p each at an average price of 719.5656 per share. The
highest price paid was 730p and the lowest price paid was 713.5p


Following today's purchase the capital of the Company consists of 68,273,776
ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 68,273,776.
