The Board of Luminar plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim O'Gorman
as Company Secretary with immediate effect.


Previously Tim worked at The Carphone Warehouse Group Plc, where he was Group
Commercial Counsel (1999 - 2006) and prior to that he spent three years at the
law firm Ashurst Morris Crisp.
