RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

On 5 November 1999, Lambert Howarth Group p.l.c. ("Lambert
Howarth" or the "Company") announced its proposed acquisition
of Fast Forward Holdings Limited (the "Acquisition"),
conditional upon approval of, inter alia, the Acquisition as
set out in the circular to shareholders dated 5 November 1999,
a waiver of the requirement for Richard Brainin, Garry Hogarth
and the Fast Forward Trustees to make a general offer to the
remaining shareholders of Lambert Howarth pursuant to Rule 9
of the City Code and an increase in the authorised share
capital of the Company (the "Resolutions").

At the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held
today, all the Resolutions were passed.
