Director Resignation
The Longmead Group plc announces the resignation of Mr Christopher Newman from the Board of Directors of the Company
with effect from 4 October 2002.
Longmead has appointed a new Head of Sales and Marketing, Mr Mark Toolan, who joined the Company on 1 October 2002. It
is intended that Mr Toolan will be invited to join the Board of Directors in due course.
