  June 1, 2009, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), was notified today that Midroog, an affiliate of Moody's Investor Services, has decided to add Leadcom to its "watchlist" for possible downgrade action pending the preparation of a report, regarding the rating of Leadcom's debentures, scheduled for publication in the near future. The 'Baa2' rating of the debentures remains unchanged at this time and the addition to the "watchlist" does not have an effect on the debentures' coupon.
