        December 24, 2008, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM:
LEAD), a leading international provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, is pleased to announce it has been
awarded a new two year maintenance contract valued at over US$6.2 million from a key mobile telecommunications operator
in Ecuador for maintaining the site support systems of its mobile radio network.
    The contract covers the whole territory of Ecuador and 100% of the customer's network. It will encompass the
preventive maintenance, on call services and emergency call out services for all of its telecommunications site support
systems, generators, and air conditioning. This contract complements the previously awarded telecommunications network
maintenance contract for the operator's radio network, making Leadcom the operator's key service support supplier
    Michael Keltai, Leadcom Americas General Manager commented: " Our Operations and Maintenance contract win in October
this year, complemented by this latest contract, positions Leadcom Ecuador as one of the preferred service providers to
this key mobile operator in the country. This contract is a significant win for Leadcom as it has been chosen to support
the operator's network after a lengthy bidding process in competition with a major international telecommunications
vendor, their existing service supplier. This new service support sector enhances our service delivery capabilities to
