                   Successful Flotation of Gatekeeper Systems



Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR) ("Libertas Capital" or "the Company"), the
financial services firm, is pleased to announce that Gatekeeper Systems, Inc, a
provider of shopping trolley security systems for the retail industry, has
started trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange today.



Gatekeeper raised #8.1 million before expenses by way of a Placing.  On
admission the Company will be valued at approximately #21.2 million.



Commenting on the announcement, Jakob Kinde, Executive Chairman of Libertas
Capital, said: "We are extremely pleased to have assisted Gatekeeper in its
admission to the AIM market.  Gatekeeper is the fourth IPO that Libertas has
advised on so far this year and I feel that this successfully endorses our
business model."
