Further to the announcement on 14 January 2009, the Company announces today that 
it has agreed with Grant Thornton UK LLP ("GTUK") that GTUK's resignation as 
Nominated Adviser will take immediate effect. 
 
If by 7am GMT on 16 February 2009 the Company has failed to appoint a 
replacement Nominated Adviser, the admission of the Company's shares to trading 
on AIM will be cancelled.
