LIBERTAS CAPITAL GROUP PLC ("the Company")
ISSUE OF NEW SHARES
Libertas Capital Group plc ("Libertas Capital"), (AIM: LBR), the international financial services firm, announces that 5,325,000 shares
have been issued as a result of the exercise of rights over awards under the Libertas Capital Group plc share incentive plan. The total
number of ordinary shares of the Company in issue amounts to 53,772,005 of which 383,949 shares are held in Treasury. Thus the total number
of ordinary shares with voting rights is 53,388,056 ordinary shares.
1,175,000 are being issued to the SIPP of Mr. J.Kinde, the Chairman of the Company and 150,000 are being issued directly to Mr J.Kinde,
as a result Mr J.Kinde is both directly and indirectly interested in 12,009,586 ordinary shares, representing 22.49% of the total voting
rights.
2,500,000 are being issued to Mr H.Okereke, a Director of the Company and as a result Mr H.Okereke, is interested in 12,108,298 ordinary
shares, representing 22.68% of the total voting rights.
1,500,000 are being issued to Mr F.Dullaghan, a director of the company and as a result Mr F.Dullaghan, is interested in 7,758,306
ordinary shares, representing 14.53% of the total voting rights.
Application for the admission of the 5,325,000 new ordinary shares for trading on AIM has been submitted and dealings are expected to
commence on 23 June 2008.
