Libertas Capital Group plc ("Libertas Capital"), (AIM: LBR), the international
financial services firm, announces that it has been informed that on 31st March
2008 Jakob Kinde, Executive Chairman and Director, increased his holding of
ordinary shares of nominal value of 1p each ("ordinary shares") by the purchase
of 100,000 shares at 25p each.

As a result Mr Kinde's holding is now 9,574,382 ordinary shares, representing
20.39% of total voting rights.
