                             NOTICE OF SHAREHOLDING

Libertas Capital Group plc ("Libertas Capital"), (AIM: LBR), the international
financial services firm, announces that it has been informed by Libertas Capital
Group Employees' Trust Limited ("the EBT") that it has purchased 2,540,000
shares in the Company at 27p. The total number of ordinary shares of the Company
in issue with voting rights (excluding those in Treasury) is 42,952,852; thus
the EBT's holding represents 5.91%.
