The Company was notified today that as of close of business on 15 February 2006,
RAB Special Situations LP ("RAB") have sold 500,000 shares in the Company. As a
result of this, RAB is interested in 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
("ordinary shares") in the Company, representing 3.01% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
