Directors' Shareholdings
Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR), the financial services firm which trades
on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange (AIM), was informed
yesterday that two Directors purchased additional shares in the Company
yesterday, 30 June 2005.
Mr Jakob Kinde, Executive Chairman and shareholder in the Company, purchased
21,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 46.5 pence on 30 June 2005,
to be held directly by HTGJ Kinde SIPP Winterthur Life (Pension Trustees) as
part of Mr Kinde's Self-Invested Personal Pension Scheme. As a result, Mr Kinde
has a beneficial interest, directly and through his SIPP, in 9,130,545 Ordinary
Shares, representing 21.98% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Frank Dullaghan, a Director and shareholder in the Company purchased 10,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 46.5 pence on 30 June 2005. 5,000
Ordinary Shares were purchased in the name of his son Fergus Dullaghan and 5,000
Ordinary Shares were purchased in the name of his son Aidan Dullaghan. As a
result, Mr Dullaghan and his connected family have a beneficial interest in
5,119,545 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.32% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
