ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE ('AIU')

Introduction

Kingspan Group plc now submits its AIU to the Exchange under Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 324 of 2005). The Company is publishing the AIU via an RNS today and making it available in the Investor Centre section of its website:
