The Company hereby advises that it has today received a notice of change of
interests of substantial holder from UBS Nominees Pty Ltd and its related
bodies corporate (UBS). UBS has increased its holding from 53,536,159 shares
(12.51%) to 67,160,887 shares representing 15.65 percent of the Company's
