The Company announces that on 17 September 2007 the following dealings took
place by directors in ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company ("Shares").


Mr William George Bright, the Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 10,000
Shares at 45.5p per Share. Following this purchase, Mr Bright is interested in
155,843 Shares, representing approximately 0.28% of the issued share capital of
the Company, and holds options over 443,538 Shares.


Mr Michael Peter Kirk, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000
Shares at 45.5p per Share. Following this purchase, Mr Kirk is interested in
30,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of
the Company.


Mr Nicholas Philip Stone, the Operations and Finance Director of the Company,
purchased 5,000 Shares at 45.5p per Share. Following this purchase, Mr Stone is
interested in 118,846 Shares, representing approximately 0.21% of the issued
share capital of the Company, and holds options over 358,434 Shares.
