notified on 28 February 2007 that Gartmore Investment Management Limited had 
increased its reportable interest in the Company as a result of the purchase of 
100,000 shares at GBP0.50 on 22 February 2007 and now has a notifiable interest
in 7,231,404 Ordinary Shares representing 13.20% of the issued ordinary share 
capital of the Company as detailed below:
