The company announces that on 15 June 2006 the following executive directors 
were granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value 
under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 as nil-cost options.  The 
awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 15 June 
2009 and 14 September 2010. No consideration was paid for the grant of the 
awards.
