This announcement is made by Kings Arms Yard VCT 2 PLC ("the Company") in 
connection with the proposed merger of the Company with Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC 
("KAY")to be completed by way of a scheme of reconstruction of the Company 
pursuant to Section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the "Scheme") and the 
transfer by the Company of all of its assets and liabilities to KAY, details of 
which were contained in the KAY's prospectus ("the Prospectus") and the 
Company's circular to shareholders ("the Circular") both dated 25 August 2011. 
 
The Board is pleased to announce that at the generalmeeting of the Company held 
on 23 September 2011, the resolution proposed in connection with the proposed 
merger, as set out in the Circular, was duly passed on a show of hands and 
with96.57% of proxy votes received being in favour (or at the chairman's 
discretion). 
 
A copy of the resolution passed at the above meeting will shortly be available 
for inspection on both the Company's website (www.albion-ventures.co.uk) as well 
as at the National Storage Mechanism (www.hemscott.com/nsm.do).
