Further to the announcement dated 12 August, 2013 regarding the proposed appointment of Mr Rakesh Jain as an Executive Director of the Company and designated as Chief Executive Officer for an initial period upto 11(th) August, 2016, Jubilant confirms that the notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") and Explanatory Notes to the Agenda have been sent to shareholders.

The EGM will be held on Monday, 16 September, 2013 at 10.30 a.m. CET at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel, Schiphol Boulevard 101, 1118 BG Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Electronic copies of the Notice of EGM, Explanatory Notes to the Agenda and the Form of Proxy are available on Company's website at www.jubilantenergy.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
