Jubilant announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.30pm (Central European Time, 1.30 pm UK time) on Friday 30 August 2013 at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel, Schiphol Boulevard 101, 1118 BG Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013 are being sent to shareholders today.
