Result of EGM and Appointment of Non Executive Non Independent Director

Jubilant is pleased to announce that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, the resolution for the appointment of Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma as a Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company was put to the meeting and was duly passed.

Consequently, Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma has been appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
