Jupiter Second Split Trust PLC (the "Company") has received notification today
from Rensburg Sheppards plc (`Rensburg') that as at close of business on 11th
October 2006 Rensburg had a consolidated holding of 10,389,394 of the Zero
Dividend Preference shares of the Company, representing 10.95% of the issued
share capital of that class.
