    Jupiter  Second Split Trust PLC (the Company") has received notification  today
from  Rensburg Sheppards plc (Rensburg) that as at close of business  on  13th
April  2006  Rensburg  had  a consolidated holding of  10,769,346  of  the  Zero
Dividend  Preference shares of the Company, representing 11.35%  of  the  issued
share capital of that class.
