The Company was notified on 17 December 2018 that Susie Drummond Brady, a person closely associated with Mark Drummond Brady, a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company, transferred 1,202 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company to Mark Drummond Brady for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest in shares in the Company held by Mark Drummond Brady and persons closely associated with him remains unchanged.
