NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (the "Company") was notified on
12 March 2018 that the Trustees of the Company's All Employee Share
Plan ("the Plan") allocated shares of GBP0.05 each in the Company
("Shares") to each of the following Directors of the
Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities in the
Company ("PDMRs") as set out below:

Paul Knowles PDMR 10
Michael Methley PDMR 11
Michael Reynolds PDMR 11
These Shares have been acquired by the Trustees of the Plan (the
"Trustees") by way of market purchase at a price of 1312.17p per
Share. The Plan is an HMRC approved All Employee Share Ownership
Scheme.
The Trustees have purchased a total of 5875 JLT Shares by way of
market purchase at 1312.17p per Share on the same date on behalf of
directors and employees of companies in the Jardine Lloyd Thompson
Group, including certain UK subsidiary companies. This includes the
Shares allocated to the aforementioned individuals.
The Notification of Dealing Forms for the above PDMRs can be
found below. This announcement is made in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation
596/2014.
