Share Buyback Programme
Adamas Finance Asia Limited, the London quoted pan-Asian
diversified investment vehicle focused on providing shareholders
with attractive uncorrelated, risk adjusted long-term returns ,
announces that it intends to utilise its Share Buyback Programme,
originally announced in February 2019, to enter the market and
purchase its own shares when opportunities arise to purchase them
at or below current levels where we believe the Company is
significantly undervalued.
Due to its long-standing commitment to ensuring an orderly
market for its securities, the Company wishes to reiterate that its
Share Buyback Programme, as updated to the Market on the 23(rd) of
December 2019, is still active. Under its previously announced
program, the Company has the authority to purchase up to a total of
GBP543,340 (USD700,000) in its own stock. To date, the Company has
purchased and holds 2,052,804 shares in Treasury acquired at a net
cost of GBP302,000 (USD397,000).
