  APPOINTMENT OF JOINT BROKER, GRANT OF OPTIONS AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Investika Ltd ("the Company"), the investment company in the mining finance
industry with a focus on pre-production emerging resource opportunities, is
pleased to announce that Fox-Davies Capital Ltd, have been appointed joint
broker to the Company.



As part of the consideration for their services, Fox-Davies Capital Ltd have
been granted 130,347 options at an exercise price of AUD 3.75 per share. Such
options were granted on 12 December 2006 and expire on 6 November 2009.



The Company has sent to shareholders a notice of a general meeting  to be held
on 30 January 2007 at Suite 107, 109 Pitt Street, Sydney proposing resolutions
to 1) authorise the issue of further ordinary shares, 2) ratify share and option
issues 3) establish a second participant's option scheme and 4) allow directors
of the Company to participate in the participants' second option scheme. A copy
