Investika Ltd ('the Company'), the investment company in the mining finance
industry with a focus on pre-production emerging resource opportunities, is
pleased to advise that it has placed 500,000 fully paid Ordinary Shares at a
price of $3.45 per share with a group of overseas investors.  These funds of
$1,725,000 will be used for working capital.


The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares
in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence on 13
November 2006.


The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this issue of equity is
13,534,709.
