Inspectron notifies that it has been informed today of the following director 
share purchase: 
 
Joanne DiGiacomo purchased 57,777 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of 
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6 July 2009 at a price of 4p per share. 
Following the share purchase, Joanne DiGiacomo has a holding of 287,565 Ordinary 
Shares equivalent to 2.42 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
