Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.5p per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Harvey holds 2,129,891 Ordinary Shares representing 17.91% of
the Company's issued share capital.

    In addition, the Company today received notice that Joanne DiGiacomo, Finance Director, purchased 59,180 Ordinary Shares at a price of
4.5p per share. Following this transaction, Ms. DiGiacomo holds 229,788 Ordinary Shares representing 1.93% of the Company's issued share
capital.
