INVESCO PROPERTY INCOME TRUST LIMITED 
 
PUBLICATION OF A CIRCULAR 
 
Invesco Property Income Trust Limited (the "Company") has today published and 
issued to Shareholders a circular approved by the UK Listing Authority (the 
"Circular") in relation to the proposed appointment of Invesco Real Estate S.á 
r.l. ("Invesco Real Estate Management") as company secretary and administrator 
to the Company's Luxembourg-domiciled subsidiaries (the "Luxembourg 
Subsidiaries"). 
 
Invesco Real Estate Management is part of the same group of companies as 
Invesco Asset Management Limited, the Company's investment manager, and is 
therefore a related party of the Company under Chapter 15 of the Listing Rules. 
The proposed appointment of Invesco Real Estate Management as company secretary 
and administrator to the Luxembourg Subsidiaries will constitute a related 
party transaction for the purposes of the Listing Rules and accordingly is 
conditional on Independent Shareholder approval. 
 
The Circular convenes an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be 
held at 10.15 a.m on 17 June 2013 (the "Extraordinary General Meeting"). An 
ordinary resolution, to be approved by Independent Shareholders, will be 
proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting to approve the Related Party 
Transaction.
