                          Termination of offer period 
On 13 October 2010, the Board announced that discussions with all third parties 
had ceased.  At that time the Board had been advised by the one remaining third 
party that it was no longer in a position to proceed with its original funding 
partner but that it was in discussions with other parties to provide the 
necessary funding.  The Board has now received that confirmation from that third 
party that it is no longer actively considering an offer for the Company. 
Accordingly, the Board confirms that the Company is no longer in an offer period 
for the purpose of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
